All packages include initial support periods: Web Starter (30 days), Starter + AI (45 days), Web Pro (60 days), and AI Assistant (30 days). During this time, you get free site maintenance, technical assistance, and email support.
After the initial support period, ongoing support and maintenance are optional and available through our support plans. Support plans start at $99/month and include regular updates, security patches, and technical assistance. You can cancel support plans at any time with no penalties.
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans with 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
We use Stripe as our secure payment processor for all invoices and payments. You'll receive an invoice via email with a secure payment link. Payments can be made by credit card or debit card through Stripe's secure payment system.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service, available at stripe.com/legal.
Hosting: Usually around $10-20/month, though more complex websites can cost more depending on traffic, storage, and functionality. You'll pay hosting fees directly to your provider.
Domain registration: Usually around $10-15/year, though premium domains can cost more. You'll pay domain fees directly to your registrar.
AI Assistant: Usage-based costs of $20-100/month for most small businesses, depending on conversation volume. These costs are separate from setup and may vary based on actual usage.
Commerce fees: If your site uses Stripe or another payment processor, transaction fees usually apply separately from the project cost. Exact rates depend on the processor and plan you choose.

Web Starter is best for businesses that need a polished custom website live quickly. Web Pro is for businesses that need more than a standard site, including custom commerce, automations, integrations, and workflows that support growth.
If your website mainly needs credibility and lead generation, Web Starter is usually enough. If your website needs to sell, automate, or connect to business systems, Web Pro is the better fit.
Templates can be fine for very simple websites. Working with a developer makes more sense when you need stronger branding, better performance, better lead flow, custom commerce, or integrations that match how your business actually works.

Yes! Our professional photography services are available as standalone purchases or as add-ons to any web package. We offer three tiers starting at $500 for a 30-minute session. All images are professionally edited and web-optimized.
Photography sessions may include travel fees depending on location. We'll discuss any additional costs upfront before booking your session.
Upon full payment for services, you own the custom website, code, and content created specifically for your project. This includes custom designs, custom code, and project-specific content you provide or we create on your behalf.
Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, images, text, and materials you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of providing services to you.
Vibixel's Proprietary Materials: Vibixel retains ownership of our proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and any pre-existing code or assets not created specifically for your project. We grant you a license to use these materials as part of your delivered website.
Third-Party Materials: Your website may include third-party materials (such as fonts, libraries, frameworks, or plugins) subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for complying with those third-party license terms.
